FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 7 days using Royal Mail. A flat rate shipping fee of £4 applies to orders under £150, for orders of £150 or over, no shipping fees apply. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount.
Returns are paid for by the customer. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tidytoes.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
